Our COVID-19 Statement

Dear Kadrmas Eye Care New England Patients,

We hope that each and every one of you, along with your family, friends, and loved ones, are safe and healthy. We understand that the Coronavirus has caused major disruptions in so many lives, including many of yours, and that these are unsettling times for us all.

We know that your eye care needs will not stop during this time. As such, our practice is open, and we are still continuing to see and care for patients. We are currently open to care for medically necessary, urgent, and emergency eye problems at this time and will soon be opening further to accommodate all eye care. You are encouraged to call us first at 508-746-8600.

We are taking every precaution to sanitize our office and exam rooms in between each patient to keep our patients and staff safe.  At the end of each day our office is further sanitized to ensure safety.  If you enter our office, you will see that we are wearing masks to protect all. Anyone, including our patients, who enter our office is required to wear a mask.  Your temperature will be taken upon entry into our office.  Those with symptoms or signs of potential Coronavirus Infection / Upper Respiratory Infection (cold or flu-like symptoms) will be directed home or to an urgent care facility immediately, unless that individual is deemed to have a truly urgent eye problem or emergency.

We recommend practicing social distancing. Our check in and check out stations are marked at 6-foot intervals.  Chairs in our waiting area are also appropriately spaced apart.  As always, we are working to get patients into exam rooms as quickly as possible. If you are asked to wait in the waiting room and feel more comfortable waiting outside for your appointment, please speak with one of our receptionists upon check in to arrange for accommodations to reach you when we are ready to bring you to an exam room.  If you have someone with you, we request they wait in their car, unless they are required for assistance or interpretation.
